Spacious scandinavian design 3 bedroom maisonette set in the heart of Sliema minutes away from the populair Sliema ferries seafront.This large apartment (125m2) with private entrance from the street rents fully furnished and equipped. The layout is in the form of an open living-, dining,- and kitchen, a hallway leading to a main bathroom, a master bedroom with ensuite and access to a shaft with laundry facilities, a guest double bedroom and another guest double bedroom leading to a back court yard measuring 25 m2 equipped with dining table and chairs, a lounge set and a BBQ. Mounted air conditioning units are installed in each bedroom and the living room for cooling and heating of the apartment. Kitchen is installed with a gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. Other kitchen utensils such as plates, pans, pots, glasses, cutlery etc. are placed in the kitchen cabinets. An iron board and iron, washing machine and a drying rack are provided.
