We collect and forward your post on a timely manner. For €39.50 we collect from your property and forward once a month or for €63.50 we collect and forward every second week.
How this works:
- We sign an agreement with you in which you provide us instructions on when and how to forward your collected mail. For example, we can open scan and email any letters from certain senders such as ARMS, banks, or other expected mail and post other collected mail to an address provided by you (postal costs apply). We can also safe mail at our office such as confidential letters, bank cards etc. which you can collect any workday during business hours.
- You provide us with key(s) and instructions to access your letterbox.
- We collect and forward your post as per agreement and send you a monhtly invoice. Even if no post was collected we will sent you an email informing you of the check.

Good to know:
We can also collect parcels on your behalf through a power of attorney and safe those at our office. For this service we charge €24.50 per collection on top of the monthly collection fee.
